Where is your shop located?
✦ It's based in NYC.

Stamp shipping risks?
Stamp shipping is not tracked. You understand that there is a risk of the package being lost and that we cannot track it due to there not being a tracking number.
✦ I can only stamp mail stickers and prints that are 6in x 11in or smaller.
✦ I will not replace any orders with stamp shipping as there is no way to track these orders.

Do you ship to my country?
✦ At the moment I can ship to all geographies available to me through Shopify. If items are showing up as “sold out,” you might be geo-locked. Feel free to contact me through email to see if we can figure something out!
✦ If shipping is stupid expensive to you, please contact me so we can explore other options!

How long does it take for an order to ship out?
✦ Orders could take up to five to seven business days or so to ship out. I will try to get all the orders out as soon as I can.

When will my pre-ordered items be shipped?
✦ Pre-ordered items will ship according to their provided time estimates in the item description. I'll try my very best to update everyone through my social media. Once I have received all of the items, I will make sure to ship them out as soon as possible.

Can I return a product?
✦ No, all sales are final so please make sure that you love the item before purchasing it! There are no returns or exchanges after the checkout process!

Replacements / Damages / Lost packages
✦ If the product is lost, I cannot compensate any lost orders that did not have a tracking number. Thank you for understanding!
✦ If the item is damaged, please contact me with photo proof and I will try to replace it ASAP if I have the items in stock. I will ask that you pay for the shipping cost for re-delivery!
